Kaipara District Council Vision

As part of the Kaipara District Council's website we transformed their vision statement into an audio visual experience. Our only creative restrictions were those of file size - it had to be small enough to download over the internet in a reasonable time. Have a look and see what a programmer with the latest internet technology, a graphic designer who's also an artist, and a musician from the USA can create when they put their heads together at Simtrek.
